Your perseverance and commitment to strengthening our community in the midst of turmoil has been inspiring. I know these are difficult times, and I hope that you and your loved ones are safe and healthy.
As we strive to support small businesses and working families through fair opportunities and access to resources, Harris County wants to know how to best serve these needs in the aftermath of Winter Storm Uri. To that end, we ask that you complete this survey, which is in both English and Spanish, to help the Department of Economic Equity and Opportunity determine the needs of small business owners in the Minority and
Women-Owned Businesses (MWBE) community.
