You are invited to join us Wednesday, July 20 at 6:30
pm for an in-person Open House at Cloverland Church of Christ to see how your input from previous meetings is reflected in the
planned design for transforming the Hill at Sims detention basin into a Precinct One park!
Be sure to bring your ideas, comments, and suggestions to share with us while you learn about the updates. Following the open house, there will be a short walk and guided mini-tour of the Hill at Sims, directly across the street from the open house. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes due to the tour being on unpaved surfaces.

Although Hill at Sims will be a regional park, one of our main goals is to bring an easily accessible park to the underserved Sunnyside area. Parks are a necessity for all communities because they bring people together while giving families many opportunities to stay healthy in the great outdoors.
Precinct One is looking forward to providing your community with trails, water access, and plenty of greenspace to enjoy for years to come! By working together, we have moved one step closer to transforming a detention basin into a park for everyone to enjoy.
